Accessing the pre-recorded content

The pre-recorded sessions will be published on the Historical Association website www.history.org.uk on Tuesday 4 May, giving you the opportunity to view them at your convenience for a few weeks before the live virtual conference begins. The recordings will also be available to view after the conference until Monday 6 September.

Accessing the HA website

To access the recordings, you will need a user account for the HA website.

Members

Log in to the HA website with the email address that is registered to your membership account at history.org.uk. If this is different to the email address you have used to register for the conference, then our conference or membership team will be in email contact.

Non-Members

If you already have a free basic user account at history.org.uk, please log in using your existing details and follow the instructions below.

If you registered as a non-member and do not already have an online account, we will set up a free basic user account for you and contact you with details of how to log in.

Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset this through our homepage at history.org.uk by clicking ‘sign in’ and then ‘forgotten password?’ and following the reset prompts. You can view a short video on how to do this here.

Viewing the recordings

Once you have registered for the conference, you will be given access to the recordings using ‘My HA’ on your user account. To access My HA, when logged in to your user account click on your name on the top-right of the webpage.

The conference recordings will appear under My Private Content (you may need to scroll down). Click on ‘HA Conference 2021 pre-recorded sessions’, which will take you to the recordings:
